they stopped connecting me because they said I over used my unlimited account?????? All I do online is surf I don't even game, Hell its just a dial up connection. Oh well canceled sub and got a new isp.

I used to think Copper was one of the best ISPs out there, but recently, service has been deteriorating greatly (including the recent loss of Usenet service). I'll be switching to a new ISP in the near future.

Their customer service could use some fine tuning. If they do get back to you, the advice they give out is hit and miss.

The price of Copper.net is not $1 a month, it is $10 a month. The $1 is just an introductory rate.

A frugal price for under two hundred hours a month. Can't beat the new customer program and I have been content so far. Really good for those who use the internet for the basics email , some surfing, reading the news, and more.They have there own forums that you can join. And a referral program that pays you.

Have no idea about quality/value - I cannot dial in to Copper.net from my apartment! Whatever I try, I ultimately get the "Error 678" of death. Tech support is very helpful, though. Hope I can stay with Copper - esp since I paid for a year - but don't know at this point.

these people are either incompetent or crooks. I would not recommend them. As soon as they refund the money they've overcharged me I am going to cancel!!!
