This appears to be a growing company that has forgotten customer service during upgrades. The speed is commendable, but to limit customers from getting on the internet during the hot times is rediculous. If they're going invoked limits, why not do it other than 5 - 11 PM? Customer service reps don't seem to communicate with tech reps and therefore conflicting information is presented to cusotmers. Find another ISP if you can, just not worth the hassles when other options are usually available.
