I have been using isp.com for 2.5 years now, and have had no major problems. It has been months since I have had any problems connecting. I have used them while traveling, and have been able to find local dialup numbers. I have never needed to contact their customer service.
Although everyone I talked to at customer service was friendly enough, the actual internet service was awful!!! I cancelled this service in less than 24 hours! When I DIDN'T get a busy signal I was usually told me my account didn't exist and their list of local access numbers is VERY limited.
I'm going somewhere else....ISP.COM was terrible to begin with...now they have changed everything around...and it's even worse.....HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
