E-Mail link still not working, support claims it\'s a problem at my end though it happens from home, from work, and from the library exactly the same.
Speeds have been dismal lately (around 21k), and frequently I cannot even get a connection established.
A member for 3 years now. No problems until recently and their support has felt non-existent. One (we'll just keep it at one for today) suggestion would be that if something is going to affect the user (such as downtime of any kind), then leapfrog should send out an email letting it's users know in advance that something won't be working and for approximately how long. That way people aren't sitting there wondering why something is working and when/if it will be working again.
