Melanie Slaugh

Who is Melanie?  Melanie is a consumer activist that does her best to help inform consumers in various industries by writing in-depth articles on various consumer goods and services.  Specifically, for MyISPFinder.org Melanie reviews the various product offerings from high speed Internet providers and dial up Internet providers.  In the past she generally has focused on home services like maid services and typical types of services people inquire about on sites like Angie’s List.

In addition to providing consumers with the information they need to choose the right Internet package for them, she also likes to write about subjects that are closely related to how people currently use their Internet service.  This could be anything from watching their favorite TV shown on Hulu to trying to locate even the most obscure items on Google through advanced search techniques.  She’s big on tips and strategies for making the most out of our access to the information superhighway.

Melanie graduated in 2005 from Auburn University with a degree in Journalism.  She hopes to continue writing for pro consumer sites like MyISPFinder on a freelance basis.  As a writer, Melanie has broad coverage and will always do her best to tie in the feature pieces with the main purpose of the site.  If you have any ideas for Melanie be sure to add some comments to the blog as she reads all of them!
